Orders are proccesed depending the products' stock. The quoted online stock availability is real. There is however a case of an error in the product availability. In that case we will contact you by email and / or telephone within 1 working day from date of order to inform you about a prospective availability date or the complete lack of the product. Then You can either choose to cancel your order or continue with the rest of the products purchased.


All products are thoroughly checked prior shipping in order to avoid as much as possible to send a defective product. In case you receive a defected product and the defect is not due to your fault, you can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To replace defected product please visit "Return instructions" page. There is no obligation to replace your product if it was cause by misuse, poor maintenance or by it's normal wear and tear. In such cases, Chica Clothing accepts no responsibility for damage caused.

Chica Clothing gives no guarantee as to the quality and/or suitability of the products sold for any particular purpose and specific use, nor does it guarantee the safety and security of use of these products. Such guarantees are provided only when available from the manufacturers and the customer must be informed by the product packaging. Any telephone briefing done by ChicaClothing.com on manufacturers' warranties is just for the convenience of the customer and in no way defines a guarantee by ChicaClothing.com.

Customers/users should carefully read the specification and the composition of each product purchased, to determine in each case whether any raw material or material in general is used, in which she/he has an allergy or health problems or any other third party (eg. small children).


You can cancel your order for any reason during or before the completion of the electronic order process. After checkout you can cancel your order until 10:30 the next working day, by phone at 2310.262807 or by email at info@chicaclothing.com.
You cannot cancel your order after it's collection by the Courier service.
In case of a non-acceptance delivery, Chica Clothing has the right to claim the shipping costs.


To modify your order after completion, you can make changes / additions / modifications by telephone at 2310.543086 or by email at info@chicaclothing.com. Keep in mind that you can only make changes before the dispatch of the order.
